In view of the current context relating to the Covid-19 pandemic, which concerns us all as individuals and citizens, Banco Finantia has been developing measures to ensure that the interests of its customers and employees continue to be properly safeguarded, under any circumstances.

In this context, a specific Contingency Plan was implemented, in order to guarantee the normal operation and the safety and well-being of our customers and employees.

We opted for a proactive prevention approach, which includes, among other measures, the redistribution and temporary division of teams in the workplace, the use of teleworking, the cancellation of trips and events, the strengthening of the sanitation of common spaces and contact surfaces, the reduction of internal and external meetings to those strictly necessary, the daily renewal of air, the distribution of protective materials (masks, hand gel), and a quarantine protocol in contagious situations, with a isolation.

During this period, Banco Finantia will continue to work actively, albeit under the conditions naturally imposed by this situation. So, if you need to contact us, we suggest that you do so according to the recommendations of the DGS:

  • Privilege the use of digital or telephone means to talk to your Personal Banker or, alternatively, the Central Service of the Banco Finantia;
  • You can consult balances and order transfers, with all the security and comfort, through the service of Homebanking FinantiaNet. If you do not have your active registration yet, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you, if necessary;
  • Go to the branches of Banco Finantia only in cases of absolute necessity, especially if you are part of a risk group (elderly, people with chronic diseases or with a weakened immune system).
