Men\u00e9ndez Pelayo 67 (28009 Madrid), for the attention of <strong>\u201cWhistleblower Protection\u201d<\/strong>, requesting that the letter be sent in a double envelope with the word <strong>\u201cConfidential\u201d<\/strong> written legibly on the inner envelope containing the report, to ensure confidentiality. Once received, the letter must be forwarded to the System Representative.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email:<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/prevenci\u00f3n.delitos@finantia.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prevenci\u00f3n.delitos@finantia.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>In-person meeting:<\/strong> at the Head Office in Madrid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-90668cb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"90668cb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">When submitting a report, the reporting person may provide a postal address, email address or other secure contact details for the purpose of receiving notifications.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In addition, if you are a client of Banco Finantia S.A Sucursal en Espa\u00f1a and wish to submit a complaint or claim, the Bank provides a Customer Service Department for this purpose.
